A refundable deposit of $150 and 50% of the rental fee are due upon time of reservation.
Cancellation prior to 30 days client receives a full refund of deposit and the 50% rental fee.
Cancellation within 30 days client will receive the refundable deposit only.
The remaining 50% rental fee is due 14 days prior to reserved date.
Cancellation within 7 days client forfeit refundable deposit and rental fee.
If The Rochester Event Center cancels your event; you will receive a full refund.
